Section 301 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (fine defaulters: driving disqualification) is amended as follows.
In subsection (6)—
in paragraph (a), omit “together with its counterpart”, and
in paragraph (b), omit “and its counterpart (if any)”.
In subsection (7), omit the definition of “counterpart”.
