In section 22 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (power of Independent Police Complaints Commission to issue guidance), for paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (3) there is substituted—

“(a)

the Association of Police Authorities;

(b)

the Association of Chief Police Officers; and”.
