In section 21A of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (code of practice for police interviews of certain witnesses), in subsection (4)—

(a)

before paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(za)

the Association of Chief Police Officers of England, Wales and Northern Ireland;”;

(b)

sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) is omitted.
