in subsection (2), omit the definition of “breath test”, and

in subsection (3) for “A person does not provide a specimen of breath for a breath test or for analysis unless the specimen” substitute “A person does not co-operate with a preliminary test or provide a specimen of breath for analysis unless his co-operation or the specimen”.
