Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 5 March 2026.

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2025.
