The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 12(9) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 20201 and section 9(9) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 20202, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
