The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 M1 and sections 8(1)(a) and 10 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020 M2, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
