Explanatory note

Amendment to regulation 23.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation: general), after the definition of “coronavirus disease”3 insert—

““COVID-19 vaccination eligibility criteria” means the conditions in any of paragraphs (2) to (7) of regulation 3,”.
