Citation, commencement and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Requirements) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into force at 5.00 a.m. on 1 October 2021.

Notwithstanding the commencement of regulations 2(3) and 5(c) by paragraph (1), Part 4 (enforcement) of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations 20212 does not apply for the purposes of regulations 7A and 7C of those Regulations3 until 5.00 a.m. on 18 October 2021.
