Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 29 September 2021.

In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, and
“the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997.
