The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Regulations 20214 are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2)

In regulation 6 (requirement to ensure passengers have completed a Passenger Locator Form), after paragraph (1C)5, insert—

“(1D)

Paragraph (1C) does not apply in the case of the operator of a relevant service which commences in Metropolitan France.”.
