Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 20202.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Regulations 20202 are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2)

In regulation 2A (eligible vaccinated arrivals)3, after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

This regulation does not apply where the non-exempt country or territory which P has departed from or transited through in the period beginning with the 10th day before the date of P’s arrival in Scotland is Metropolitan France.”.
