Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 9) Regulations 2021.

Subject to paragraph (3) below, these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 23 April 2021.

Regulation 5 comes into force on 26 April 2021.
