Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 17) Regulations 2021.

With the exception of those provisions mentioned in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 12 March 2021.

Regulations 3 and 5(6)(c) come into force on 15 March 2021.
