Interpretation10.

In these Regulations—

“child” means a person who is under 16 years of age,

“constable” has the meaning given by section 99(1) of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 20124,

“a person who is responsible for carrying on a business” includes the owner, proprietor, and manager of that business,

“vulnerable person” includes—

(a)

any person aged 70 or older,

(b)

any person under 70 who has an underlying health condition, including but not limited to, the conditions listed in schedule 2,

(c)

any person who is pregnant.
