Extension of expiring provisions relating to the registration of deaths and still-births3.
(1)
Section 18(3) and Part 3 of Schedule 13 (registration of deaths and still-births) –
(a)
do not expire when they would otherwise expire, and
(b)
expire instead immediately before 25th September 2022.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not apply to –
(a)
paragraph 30 of Schedule 13 (transitional provision);
(b)
section 18(3) and paragraph 17 of Schedule 13 so far as they relate to paragraph 30 of Schedule 13.
