Coming into operation
The Department for Communities1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 14(2) and 48(1), (2) and (4) and paragraphs 4(1), (3)(a) and (4) of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 1(1) and 4(1)(b), (2)(d) and (3)(a) of Schedule 6, to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20152 and now vested in it3.
