Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20214.

For regulation 4(1) substitute—

“(1)

This regulation applies to the following premises—

(a)

theatres;

(b)

concert halls; and

(c)

indoor venues, other than private dwellings and those set out in subparagraphs (a) and (b), when used for the purpose of a performance, recording or rehearsal.”.
