Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 202138.

In regulation 5(3), for “For the purposes of paragraph (1), food or drink (not including intoxicating liquor) is not to be treated as being sold for consumption, or as consumed, on the premises if sold or provided” substitute “Paragraphs (1)(a) and 1(b) (so far as they relate to food and drink other than intoxicating liquor) shall not apply”.
