PART 4Final provisions

Review of need for restrictions12.

The Department of Health must review the need for the requirements imposed by these Regulations as part of the reviews conducted as required by the International Travel Regulations.

Expiry of these Regulations13.

(1)

These Regulations expire on 23rd March 2022.

(2)

The expiry of these Regulations does not affect the validity of anything done pursuant to these Regulations before they expire.

Revocations14.

The following are revoked—

(a)

regulation 1 of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20207,

(b)

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20208,

(c)

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20209,

(d)

regulations 1 and 2 and Part 2 of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 202110.

Relationship between these Regulations and the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 202115.

These Regulations have effect, and are deemed to have effect, at the same time as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021.
