Explanatory note

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into operation at 4.00 a.m. on 21st January 2021.

Regulations 6, 8(1)(a), 8(3)and 8(5) come into operation on 1st February 2021.
