The Children’s Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20059.

The Children’s Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 M1 shall apply subject to the modifications in paragraph (2).
(2)
Regulation 32 (visits by registered provider) shall apply as if—
(a)
in paragraph (3) for the words “at least once a month” there were substituted “
; and
in accordance with guidance issued by the Department
”
(b)
paragraph (4)(a) and (b) were omitted.
