These Regulations provide for financial assistance (Coronavirus Financial Assistance) to be awarded to Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport by means of provision of financial assistance to the respective operators.
Regulation 1 provides for citation and commencement.
Regulation 2 provides for The Financial Assistance (Coronavirus) (Airports) (Northern Ireland) Scheme 2020 to be set out in the Schedule.

Paragraph 1 provides for citation of the scheme.
Paragraph 2 provides for interpretation to be applied in respect of the scheme.
Paragraph 3 provides for the purpose of the scheme.
Paragraph 4 provides an outline of the support packages and the support periods of the scheme.
Paragraph 5 provides for the level of support under package one of the scheme.
Paragraph 6 provides for the level of support under package two of the scheme.
Paragraph 7 provides for a restriction that support is not transferable between months or support packages.
Paragraph 8 provides for the conditions of continued support.
Paragraph 9 permits termination of support by the Department under the conditions provided.
Paragraph 10 provides for recovery of support by the Department under certain conditions.
