(1)
The following provisions come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint—
(a)
section 1;
(b)
section 2 and Schedule 1;
(c)
section 3 and Schedule 2;
(d)
section 6(1)(b) and Part 2 of Schedule 4.
(2)
The other provisions of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent.
