References in the following provisions to a health and social care body are to be treated as including a Local Commissioning Group—

(a)

Article 67 of the 1972 Order (duty of various bodies to co-operate with one another);

(b)

section 3(8) of the Health and Social Care (Control of Data Processing) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (code of practice on processing of information);

(c)

sections 14(2)(a) and 15(1) of the Public Services Ombudsman Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (matters which the Ombudsman may investigate).
