;
(b)
omit “in the Board’s area”.
(4)
In paragraph (3A), after “appeal” insert “to a prescribed body”
.
(5)
After paragraph (3A) insert—
“(3AA)
Regulations making provision as to the matters referred to in paragraph (3A) may in particular make provision—
(a)
as to the members of the body, including the terms and conditions of their appointment;
(b)
for the payment of fees and allowances to members of the body.”.
