This paragraph applies if paragraph 168(3)(a) (amendment of Article 14 of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1996) comes into operation before the amendment made to that Article by subsection (4) of section 5 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.

(2)

That subsection is amended as follows—

(a)

for “sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)” substitute “sub-paragraph (b)”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (a) in the substituted text.
