The Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 is amended as follows.

In Article 3(1), omit the definition of “HSS Board”.

(3)

In Article 4(1), in the definition of “pre-sentence report”—

(a)

in paragraph (a), omit “HSS Board or”;

(b)

for the words from “by which functions” to the end of the definition substitute “that is exercising social care and children functions within the meaning of Article 10A of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.”.

In Article 49(1)(g), omit “HSS Boards and”.
