In Article 2 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, the definition of “HSC body” is amended as follows.

(2)

For “within the meaning of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009” substitute “(see the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 for the bodies mentioned in paragraphs (b) to (e))”.

(3)

For paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

the Department of Health;”.
