The Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 is amended as follows.

In Article 12A (as set out in section 4 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (Northern Ireland) 2016), in paragraph (4), omit paragraph (a) of the definition of “health and social services authority”.
