In section 27(3)(e) of the Opticians Act 1989, for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—

“(iii)

has not been certified as sight-impaired or severely sight impaired and in consequence registered as sight-impaired or severely sight-impaired in a register maintained by or on behalf of the Department of Health in Northern Ireland.”.
