The Public Services Ombudsman Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 is amended as follows.

In section 59, in the definition of “health and social care body”, omit paragraph (c).

(3)

In Schedule 3, omit the reference to the Regional Health and Social Care Board.

(4)

In Schedule 5, in paragraph 2, for “the Regional Health and Social Care Board” substitute “the Department of Health”.
