In Article 8(9) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “the Health and Social Services Board” substitute “the Regional Agency for Public Health and Social Well-being”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (c).
