The Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 is amended as follows.

In Article 12A (as set out in section 4 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (Northern Ireland) 2016), in paragraph (4), omit paragraph (a) of the definition of “health and social services authority”.

In Article 14—

(a)

in paragraph (6), omit sub-paragraph (a);

(b)

in the heading, omit “health and social services boards and”.
