(a)

in the definition of “authority”, for “and subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), a Board” substitute “, an HSC trust that is exercising social care and children functions within the meaning of Article 10A of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991”;

(b)

omit the definition of “Board”.
