The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 3 have effect subject to the amendments there specified.
(2)
Schedule 4 (transitional and transitory provisions and savings) has effect.
(3)
The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 5 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second column of that Schedule.
