Schedule 4 (exemptions etc. from the GDPR: disclosure prohibited or restricted by an enactment) is amended as follows.

“(a)
sections 76 and 78 of the Adoption and Children Act (Northern Ireland) 2022;”.
(3)
In paragraph 5(4), in head (a)—
(a)
for “Articles 50 and 54 of the Adoption (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/2203 (N.I. 22))” substitute “sections 59, 76, 77 and 78 of the Adoption and Children Act (Northern Ireland) 2022”
; and
(b)
for “regulation 3 of and Schedule 2 to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Parental Orders) Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 4 of and Schedule 3 to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Parental Orders) Regulations 2018”
.
