Schedule 10Complaints: minor and consequential amendments
The 2018 Act

(1)
Section 48 (rights to rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing: supplementary) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)(b)—
(a)
“(iia)
of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A,”, and
(b)
in sub-paragraph (iii), after “Commissioner” insert “under section 165”
.

In subsection (4)—
(a)
“(ba)
of the data subject’s right to make a complaint to the controller under section 164A,”, and
(b)
in paragraph (c), after “Commissioner” insert “under section 165”
