35LRA 1967: determining price payable for freehold or lease extension

The LRA 1967 is amended as follows.

In section 9 (purchase price and costs of enfranchisement)—
(a)
“A1
The price payable for a house and premises on a conveyance under section 8 is to be determined in accordance with section 37 of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.”;
(b)
omit subsections (1) to (2).
(3)
“14AExtension of lease: determining the price payable
The price payable for an extended lease granted under section 14 is to be determined in accordance with section 37 of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024.”
