Section 37A of the 1980 Act (accounts and anti-money laundering fees) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), in paragraph (b), for “incorporated practice” substitute “authorised legal business”

In subsection (5), in paragraph (b)—
(a)
for “incorporated practices” substitute “authorised legal businesses”
