Rules as to professional practice, conduct and discipline

(1)
Section 34 of the 1980 Act (rules as to professional practice, conduct and discipline) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)—
(a)
after “(3)” insert “of this section and section 41 of the Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2025”
,
(b)
for “incorporated practices” substitute “authorised legal businesses (including incorporated practices)”
.
(3)
“(da)
in the event that a body corporate is no longer recognised as an incorporated practice, require the review or withdrawal of its authorisation to provide legal services as a legal business, and”.
(4)
In subsection (1D), in paragraph (a), for “incorporated practices” substitute “authorised legal businesses”
.
