(1)

Section 21 of the 1980 Act (consultants to hold practising certificates) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (3), after paragraph (b) insert—

“(c)

not being an owner, member or director of another form of authorised legal business, causes or permits their name to be associated with that business,”.
