Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002

(1)

The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is modified as follows.

(2)

In Part 2 of schedule 2 (listed authorities: entries amendable by order in council)—

(a)

after the entry relating to the Principal Reporter (paragraph 32AA), insert—

“32AAZA

Qualifications Scotland.”,

(b)

the entry relating to the Scottish Qualifications Authority (paragraph 49) is repealed.
