2Expiry of section 1

(1)

Section 1 expires at the end of 31 October 2022.

(2)

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the expiry of section 1 under this section.

(3)

Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes or areas.

(4)

Regulations under this section are subject to the negative procedure.
