Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (c. 47)

In section 2 of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958, after subsection (12) (publication in the Gazette of orders approving certain agricultural marketing schemes) insert—

“(12A)

Subsection (12) does not apply to the Welsh Ministers.”
