In Schedule 8 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994, in paragraph 9—
(a)
omit sub-paragraph (1) (amendment to Part 3 of the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50));
(b)
in sub-paragraph (2), for “that Act” substitute “the Housing Act 1988”
