PART 3GENERAL

29Coming into force

(1)

The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—

(a)

in Part 1—

(i)

sections 1, 16, 21 and 22 (in so far as it relates to paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 1);

(ii)

paragraphs‍‍ 2(1) and (6), 3(b), 5(1) and (4), 7(1), (3), (4), (14) and (15) of Schedule 1;

(b)

in Part 2, sections 23 and 26;

(c)

this Part.

(2)

The other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

(3)

An order under subsection (2) may make transitional or saving provision.
