Local Government Finance Act 1988 (c. 41)

(1)

The 1988 Act is amended as follows.

(2)

In Schedule 4ZA, in paragraph 10—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (3)(b), after “multiplier” insert “in relation to England”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (9), at the start, insert “In relation to England,”.

(3)

In Schedule 4ZB, in paragraph 3(3)(b) after “multiplier” insert “in relation to England”.

(4)

In Schedule 5A, in paragraph 6(3), after “multiplier” insert “in relation to England”.

(5)

In Schedule 7, omit Part 1.

Local Government Act 2003 (c. 26)
