The Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 is amended as follows.

Omit section 37.

(3)

In Schedule 16—

(a)

omit paragraph 84;

(b)

in paragraph 85, for “that Act” substitute “the Local Government Finance Act 1988”;

(c)

omit paragraph 86.
