CHAPTER 1ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT

General

55Transitional provision

(1)

A review being conducted under Part 3 of the 2013 Act at the time of the coming into force of this Chapter is to be completed as if the amendments made by this Chapter had not been made.

(2)

The provisions of Part 3 of the 2013 Act (and any orders or regulations made under that Part) continue in effect for the purpose of such reviews as the provisions of that Part (and any orders or regulations made under that Part) had effect immediately before the coming into force of this Chapter.
